Therapeutic Spirituality

for Muslim Women

Spiritual health and mental health are interconnected.

We live in a time of emotional turbulence. We hope, yet fall into despair. We find clarity, yet get lost in confusion. We seek the Divine, yet feel lost in the world. Our emotional life and spirituality are interconnected.

InnerSage seeks to combine spiritual and personal development with therapeutic concepts and psychology. Our courses incorporate current research and practices in counseling in the light of Islamic teachings from the Quran, Hadith, and scholarly works.
